Corrie Martin is an experienced executive and strategic operations leader with a proven track record of strengthening and scaling mission-driven organizations. She has held senior leadership roles across nonprofit, academic, healthcare, government, and global development sectors, partnering closely with CEOs, boards, and executive teams to translate strategy into effective, sustainable operations. Her work spans organizational growth, complex partnerships, governance, operational excellence, and enterprise-wide transformation. Throughout her career, Corrie has worked alongside dedicated leaders and teams during periods of growth, change, and opportunity, with a consistent focus on building the systems, structures, and cultures that enable people and missions to thrive.
Corrie began her career in international development and service, including with the Peace Corps, and has lived and worked across diverse cultural and operational environments. Most recently, she served as the first Chief Operating Officer and Special Advisor to the President & CEO at the Woodwell Climate Research Center. Previously, she was COO of the Ragon Institute (Mass General Brigham, MIT & Harvard) and Executive Director of the Harvard Global Health Institute, where she helped shape long-term vision and build the operational foundations needed to support institutional growth and impact. Earlier in her career, Corrie held senior global leadership roles with the Clinton Health Access Initiative and the Clinton Climate Initiative.
She holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont. Through SCALE Advisors, Corrie now brings her experience to organizations seeking clarity, discipline, and excellence in how they operate and scale.
